    Default Super Saturday

It's almost Superbowl Sunday. I'm so excited!!

What are your plans for the day?

Mine include finishing up the laundry, taking the girls to their sleepovers, and cleaning up the kitchen. No cooking for me today so it will actually stay clean

Need to shampoo the carpets today, then run to the store. Other than that, nothing much going on here.

I need to get a few loads of laundry done, vacuum and just catch up on all the housework that I didn't do earlier this week due to the craziness of the week. I then plan to take a nap and then go to a friends birthday party.

I just finished making some potato soup in the crockpot, it will be ready in time for lunch!

Now, I'm going to workout, then I have to run to the post office, then I'm coming home to work on my blog and some sewing projects.

I also have to steam the floors and throw a load of towels in at some point.

I'm taking my mother, and my two aunts to the Canton, TX flea market! The weather is perfect! After 2 icy days this week with temps in the 20's, we are having a beautiful weekend! I'll post our bargains when we get back!

I just put away 4 loads of folded laundry. There is a pot on the stove with the turkey carcass from the other night. The rest of the day will be spent wasting time on the computer and knitting socks for DS.

Well, haven't gotten much done yet today as it has been grand central station around here. People coming and going since 9am! Usually when it is like this first thing in the morning...the day is usually a write off as people seem to draw more people. We have had quite a quiet last few days and it is warm out (+26 woo, hoo spring!!) so that tends to draw people out of the woodwork. Now when I say people, I mean all my DH's friends so all men!! UGGGHHH! Oh well, I am heading out for my walk soon (in only a sweater) and enjoy the warmth! Other than that....the day is up for grabs.

Hubby & I have spent the morning getting ready to go pick up our new pooch later this afternoon. (Update in my thread in pets) House is clean, dogproofed (I hope) and have one load of laundry left to fold.
    Have a great day everyone.
