2/21/09 What do you have planned for today?
It's a bit chilly here, but not too bad. Either way I love Saturdays, usually. Today I have to go set up meds for a patient that just got out of the hospital. After that I have to drive about an hour south to take my brother a money order (long story). Ugghh, that should take up most of my morning. I have to take DD to praise band practice this evening, then cook supper. I'm sure I will do some other stuff around the house, just not making a list today since I have to do so much running around.
I'm ready for Spring!!

It's cold here today so I think we are staying inside and taking it easy. I got some great curtains from a friend (with black out liner!!) so I need to alter them to fit my windows. I may work on that today.
A picture of my free curtain can be seen here.
Happy Saturday, all!

We are having friends over tonight for chili and to play Rock Band!
So I've got to clean up clutter, vacuum, do a few loads of laundry, make chili and basically get ready for company. Should be a pretty low key day.
Hope everyone has a great weekend!

It is also cold here today and yesterday it was 60.......I can't wait for spring! Today I'm taking one of the kids to their basketball games, they have 2 of them back to back. I plan on going to CVS and use some of the ECB's before they expire, go to Sam's Warehouse, then let one of the kids have a friend over, and finally we'll all to church tonight. We can go Saturday or Sunday, so we like to go Saturday nights so we can sleep in a bit on Sunday's before heading to Sunday school classes.

DH has an unexpected work day today., so he's firmly stuck behind a computer and on the phone, at least this morning. :-(
Aside from that, I have things to get ready for the mail on Monday, and the usual: cleaning one new area, dishes, laundry,
etc.

This morning my ds and dh are at driving school for ds. He is learning the basics in driving go-carts safely for an race league he is joining. I am working on laundry and my own homework. This afternoon I have to take ds out to get some jeans, he has grown atleast 4 inches since Christmas. Later this evening I am driving oldest dd and her friends to the movies.

Wasn't sure we'd get snow, but sure enough we woke up to several inches and it's still coming down!
Going to try to make it to the gym this morning, but if not, I'll go tomorrow.
Going to catch up on laundry today and get some cleaning done when I get a chance. If it doesn't get any colder, and since we have fresh snow, I might take the kids sledding later, if we get the chance!

I am going to get the laundry caught up and do some general house cleaning this morning. Our town just got a Manards, so my husband is exploring it this morning. Tonight we will go to some friends house to play games and let all the children play with each other.

I have a busy day ahead. Saturdays are my day to get stuff done. I have already been to the grocery store this morning for this weeks shopping. I have a pot of beans on the stove and a loaf of bread rising. I am getting ready to start a pot of veg beef soup that I didn't get to make this week. Other than that I have general straightening of the house and laundry to do. My aunt is taking me to dinner tonight and to a play that a family member is in. Should be fun

As far as the day goes I need to get my butt in gear and scrub the bathrooms then do some general straightening. The boys are going to get sent out to vaccuumm up the car. DH is going to be on brush and brush and brush the dogs duty. The border collie will probably get a butt trim as well. Then we've got a 2 o'clock soccer game.
After that we get to drop the boys with nana and popa and off we go. I keep changing my mind on exactly what we're going to do but I think we may go to the casino for a bit as they are offering a special play for 30 minutes and get a free buffett. They have a HUGE buffet and I can generally play the video game penny slots for hours on $20 and still leave with right at $20 and DH can generally stay all night at a holdem table for $50. Anyway point is it probably won't cost us much of anything to go play the penny slots for a bit and then eat a yummy dinner. After that maybe some bowling or a movie as I've got coupons for both and then an evening at home with NO KIDS.
Have a great day all.
