    Good morning! Happy Saturday!!!!

I got up at 7am today and straightened up the house--Whew!

I have laundry started and I am going through a pile of mail.

DH and I went to Costco last night to get lots of stuff for our Thanksgiving trip to Glamis in our trailer. We are going for a whole week!!!

    Today's plans are:

Laundry (as much as I can)
    Sort bills
    Shower & Dress
    Drop off mail
Meet sister for Marilu Henner's booksigning
    ????

I may go by my favorite Goodwill store today to see what holiday items they have.

Hope you all have a great day!

It must be national "oversleep day", because I overslept today as well. I overslept, and I felt horrible, so I called in to work, and told them I wouldn't be in. I really need to get a lot done here, and there wasn't much I had to do there anyways.

Other than that, after get off the computer I have to get started on housework. The bathroom is a mess, because dh worked on our commode yesterday, and tore the bathroom upside down. I really should kick his butt! lol

    Have a great day!

It is a cold, lazy Saturday for me.

Yesterday I did some shopping & today I had to sort all of the
receipts etc & cross items off / update my Christmas list.

It is cold & windy here today so I'm staying in all day.

I have cleaned closets, thrown alot of junk away that we had
been saving "just in case" we needed it. It feels so good
to get rid of old junk.

I am on my 4th load of laundry now & may wrap some Christmas
    gifts later.

Should be a very frugal Saturday for me!

Good afternoon! Today was spent checking out the college my daughter will be attending in the Fall. She & I had a very nice time. How quickly they grow up! After seeing the dorms and how much freedom the students who live on campus have she really wishes she could live there too. We live 25 min from campus so she'll be living at home. Now to see where I can squeeze those pennies to help pay for it.
Hubby & I will stay home and have a nice dinner with the kids & celebrate our Anniversary. That'll save a few of those pennies.
    Have a great evening!

Lori, glad to see you're feeling better.

    Darlene, happy anniversary!

Today was one lazy day--definitely feels like a Sunday to me. I didn't do much of anything today. Did some straightening up, and later will be filling out Christmas cards. I think tonight I'll ask Dave to help me start wrapping some gifts. I don't want a marathon session like last year

Today I should be doing many tasks around the house. Instead, our two oldest granddaughters, Brandee and Chelsee, and I are making turkeys out of carmels, cookies, Hershey bars and candy corn. We have over 125 to make for the four granddaughter's classes at school. It's fun but, I can see lots of my work put off till tomorrow!
