Saturday *sigh* - Oct 24
Hi gang...its Saturday *sigh* Feeling kinda blah today due to the weather .... rainy, gloomy and cold!! Danged wind!
Today I finally got to sleep in...guess I was more tired then I thought but now I think I'm over tired from sleeping in lol. Don't have many plans for today - just playing house.
Today I still need to do:
* laundry
* wash bedsheets & towels
* clean the bathroom
* run the vac
* empty garbage and take out the recycling
* make myself get out of the house, even if for 10 mins
Seeing that it is 3pm I should stop procrastinating. Been curled up on the sofa reading my book all snuggled up with a huge mug of tea.
What do you have planned for today/what have you already gotten crossed off your list?2012: The Year Of The Purge!

Yup it is also pretty rainy and damp outside. I think I will take a break from this computer and put the ingredients in the breadmaker. Hopefully I won't eat a 1 1/2 lb loaf in two or three days.

Rainy and cold everywhere I guess. The sofa, book and tea sounds great, but I need to go clean the basement.

I slept in til 8 this mornning. (Late for me)
Then I started a load of laundry, emptied and reloaded the dishwasher, and thought really hard about cleaning the floors. Didn't get any further than thinking about it though
Made my menu and grocery list for the week based on the flyers - some great stockpile deals this week
Now I am working at the store - we have been pretty busy! Hooray!
Tonight I will finish doing that laundry and probably continue to think about washing the floors. Definitely going to bathe the dog. She's starting to get a little stinky.

Wow, I feel like everyone is accomplishing so much. The only thing I've tried to accomplish today is to get rid of this horrible headache I have.
Went to bed with it, woke up with it. I took Amerge, fioricet, and cyclobenzprin. I sound like a drug addict. I thought I was going to get sick to my stomach before I took my medicines. (Note, these meds were not taken all at once.)
I was in so much pain I could barely move, thought I was going to have to get my dh to take me to the er. I am feeling better but don't want to get out of bed.
I have high hopes for accomplishing some cleaning and laundry tomorrow.Carrie, ravenmaniac - I love my Ravens!!!!

We finally pulled out of our rainy downpour from yesterday. Sunny, pretty, but chilly today.
That book thing does sound great, but have to finish a massive cleaning of my kitchen since all the canning is done.....what a mess. Hope I can get the floor clean without doing the 'on the knees' thing.

Today has been so gloomy here!
Luckily we only had to sit through half of ds' soccer game in the rain this morning.
It is NOT a day I am motivated. I am going to snugglw up with tea and my book tonight while the kids watch a movie.
Hope tomorrow is a better day.

Daisygirl - glad that the store is busy!!
Carrie - hope you're feeling better - are you drinking enough water? Just a thought.
Sounds like most of you are curling up and nesting indoors (that is when the soccer game is done!!) It's hot and humid here again - need to make sure I drink enough water - feel junk today and cannot put my finger on it. So I'm going to make sure I'm not dehydrated.
Am mainly working on quilts today and plan on finishing the rest of my miniquilts!! It's just after noon - I also need to clean up the kitchen and do some laundry. DH is at soccer all day - refereeing and making sure it all goes well, so he'll be one tired man when he comes home. Would be nice if some cleaning and decluttering were evident!!Travel light. One of our friends son's is playing for BC he is a freshman. My son sometimes played for the same team but mostly they played against each other since they were 4. He plays on their soccer team. I guess that is the other football.LOL We have been watching the games on the TV or intranet. So now I am a BC fan. It is still hot here but the sun is hitting the front of the house, so I have been working a bit now that it feels cooler. I am going to my Indian friends house for dinner.
