Good morning!

Today will most likely be a non-productive one....we went to our friends' house last night (the ones who are spendthrifts but can't afford it) and we had the BEST time!!!! We always laugh continually with them, with banter and joking going back and forth. Anyway, we paused to look at the clock at one point and it was 2:40 a.m.!!! So, we left and came home. We had some interesting discussions about money and perceptions around money. I'll probably save that for another thread....

Here's to a relaxing/sleepful day!

Morning all. Yds and I are heading to the next town over for him to take a professional driving lesson. The kid is killing my checkbook this week. Anyway, then we will stop at WM for cat food and litter and then home we come. Basic chores are done. Dont know what else I will get done. Have a good day

folded laundry

need to change bed
finish laundry
Not sure what i am going to do the rest of the day i am hoping to read sometime today and probably just hang out

I have been drinking lots of coffee! Started my laundry and watching Sports Center.

Maryland plays Duke at 1pm, hope we do not get stomped like last year, so I will put the game on while I clean.

I am making a lasagna for my husband for his birthday to eat before he goes to work.

I will work on handmade birthday cards for family and crochet. I do not plan on rushing myself today. (Need to watch my neck and shoulder.)

The Caps play at 8pm. I am going to cheer them on before the Olympic break!

I have no intention of getting out of my jammies today. Okay, that's not true. This evening I need to exchange some pants at the mall that I bought on Monday, washed and they have a hge hole in the seam. I'll do that when dh gets home from work so I can go alone

Otherwise, doing laundry, planning dinner, making grocery lists & possibly coloring hair. Non-productive stuff, reading and playing on-line.

Good morning, all!
I thought the kids would sleep in, but the youngest has a bad head cold and is sneezing and stuffed up. Poor thing! Then my oldest came downstairs and said she was up all night throwing up. Well, there goes our plans for going out this evening! Saves me $, I'm not complaining! lol

So, today will be getting caught up on my laundry, general cleaning (EVERYWHERE-this house is a pit!), and helping dd with her science fair project. Busy day!

Another coffee addict here!

I ran around doing dome errands this morning. I'm not feeling so well today, my head feels floaty.

~coffee, coffee, coffee
~cashed in my coins and got laundry money at bank #1
~deposited checks at bank #2
~grocery shopped (need to go back on Tuesday)

I need to go through Old Man's clothes today and try to find something for him to wear Monday... and that means I may as well do some laundry.

Good afternoon! I probably overdid it this morning when I moved the queen-sized bed frame, box springs, and mattress to the guest room and set them up by myself, but for now I am feeling so proud and happy that it's finally DONE. I'm sure the muscle pain will hit me like a ton of bricks tomorrow :-p For the rest of the day, I'll be:

-- folding laundry
-- vacuuming
-- cleaning the kitchen, laundry room, and master BR
-- going to the store for an extension cord, V-day card for DH, hamburger buns, and also perhaps Goodwill or Fred's to look at their pictures for my bathroom (I moved the pics I had in the bathroom to the guest bedroom).

This evening, DH and I will be watching movies and eating sloppy joes!

Easy morning, up earlier than usual. I'm in training for having to open the library at 7:30 am on Monday instead of coming at my usual 4 pm. Sorted papers, collected what I need for that stupid amended tax return I'll do this weekend.

Stuck it out at home until 1:30 - I live on the Mardi Gras parade route. Last Saturday I bailed out and came to work early. However, this is the end of it for this year.

Easy day at work, not many here, not much I need to do, so there will probably be many, many log ons to FV, longing for NEW POSTS to read. C'mon team! Entertain me!

Hi everyone. I had a nice peaceful easy day. DH slept until about 1:30 and while he was sleepiing I finished reading a book, sorted coupons and went through the new RA ad and found some good deals. I made a copy of my Italian Beef recipe for one of the guys I work with, & got the rebates for our new cell phones ready to mail. Once DH got up I did 2 loads of clothes, shoveled the front steps, played 2 games of Scrabble with DH, fixed dinner, did dishes, and took out trash. Now I'm getting ready to watch a movie with DH as soon as we decide what to watch.
