Saving Saturday - June 12/10
Good Morning Villagers

I have a list of things to get done around the house today and hopefully not too many things outside! The weather is kinda gray and iffy out with storms in the forecast all day here, though scheduled to be hot.
Things I hope to get done today:
* take dad shopping
* finally shred that bag of bargain zucs I bought last wk
* bake zuc bread loaves
* laundry
* wash the shower curtain in the machine - hope it doesn't ruin it (its plastic)
* watch a few movies and tv shows from the PVR (need to clear some stuff off)
* pay bills/review budget
* make a spaghetti dinner
* sort through clothes and hopefully make one more bag for donation
* lastly, a nap seeing as I went to bed late last night and was up too early this am
So what do y'all have planned for today?2012: The Year Of The Purge!

It's hot as blazes here so I'll try to get alot done inside. I need to vacuum furniture, iron, and start packing the guest bedroom closet. Have a good day everyone.

got a GREAT deal on a solid wood entry door on craigslist.com - $40 for a new door. It had a smidge of wood damage/ding at the bottom, but it won't be noticeable. It was just what I was looking for - with a small square window high up - very simple, but nice. Yay!
Goals:
Lose 25 lbs (exercise at least 3 times/wk/eat healthy)
Spend less
Save more $ in ES
Frugal challenge
Do three things daily
One new recipe a week
Prep for zombie apocalypse

It was cool here yesterday, so I used more of the bananas I got from freecycle.org to make some whole wheat, low fat chocolate chip banana bread - yum!
