Love having a mostly stay at home Saturday!! I did run into town to our Longs/CVS store for some necessities - got everything but one item at a good sale and remembered to use my CVS card.

Not only was our dinner a gift last night from the buffet we went too (beef broccoli), but we'll be starting it with the broth that DH rendered down from the chicken carcass from last week's chicken. I made chicken salad - or really celery salad with some chicken - from the last piece of chicken left.

DH is doing laundry with HM detergent.

I'm making pillows for my preschoolers with fabric from my stash, so they can stuff and use them on Monday.

Made veggie spaghetti sauce that I'll be having all week for lunch at school - cold with low carb pasta - very good and satisfying.

Need to finish lining up my clothes for the week so that wond;t be a hassle any morning.

    Have a great Saturday everyone!!

We started our day off out of town. DD was attending the Alabama Youth Summit on the campus of the University of Alabama. Since we live two hours away, we dropped her off Friday, got a hotel and stayed in Tuscaloosa until we picked her up this afternoon. Went to a great BBQ joint for dinner, played video games at Chuck E. Cheese, had some yummy milkshakes for a snack and visited the Paul Bear Bryant Museum.

Finally got home this evening and going to rest the remainder of the weekend.
