Saving Saturday 1/29
Off to a bumpy start with a sick pooch being sick.
It sure was nice of him to wait til morning to go in & out & in & out and stuff. Hope he feels better soon, he's never been this sick before. When he's not interested in going for a walk you know he's really not himself.
Ds called and he and his gf are on their way here for a visit & to spend the night. Dd is going to join us for dinner so I'm a happy Mom. This afternoon Jack, Mark & Debbie want to do some outdoor stuff so it looks like 1 will go out on cross country skies and 2 on snowshoes and I'll stay here with Riley. Not much else going on besides visiting and maybe get to play a game of some sort. Relaxing fun with the ones you love, what's better than that? Just hope Riley gets back to his old self soon and that will complete the happy Family. Cat's fine, she's just wondering what the heck is going on.
No spend day and dinner is from the freezer.
Hope you all have a great day with the ones you love.~*Darlene*~

Good morning all you lovely people. Too much? Sorry. Darlene I hope Riley feels better soon. Nothing is worse than a sick child or animal because it's hard knowing what exactly is ailing them because they can't tell you. DH and I need to do a quick trip in to town later for some screws and a few groceries. He wants to eat out somewhere but he doesn't know what he wants. I don't care, I don't have to cook and do dishes.

Darlene you will be happy to know we have a relative of your little friend staying with us. Yup, we caught a mouse. Grrrr, I just cleaned out cabinets and now I get to do it again. One down and hopefully no more to go. Not much else to report so I'll just say have a great day everyone.

Hope your doggie is better soon, Darlene. Glad your kids will be there for dinner tonight! How fun! Mine only left to go back to where they live, on Jan. 2, but I miss them like crazy already.

I started cleaning the oven yesterday, and got sooo tired, so I'm gonna finish that today. Missed a few spots.
Also, finally washing the sons' bedding and getting their rooms half-way decent for the next visit. I've just been shutting their doors till now, lol. The place was such a mess after the holidays, the boys being here (and all their friends) and then our 2 week flu.
Rooting through the freezer to see what to make for dinner......maybe that nice chuck roast and some kinda vegs.
It'll be a no spend day.______

Good morning friends!! Went to take a nap at 5PM yesterday and woke up at 5AM today. My motto - listen to your body - and in this case I didn't have much choice!!
Today is my day to focus - on specific menus and wokring on five hot spots in my living room. Have no idea what the weather will be today, but if it warms up enough (over 80) - I will be going to the pool to exercise.
I am working on our financial paperwork to day in prep for taxes and also updating for this year also.
Have a great Saturday everyone!!Travel light. The baggage of the past can only hold you back.

Wow maui, you really were tired. I'm glad you gave in to your body's demands and got that sleep.

Good morning, all!
I woke up feeling a little more "human" today; the last couple of days have been rough with this flu. At least I was able to get a z-pak, LOTS of sleep and fluids. I'm behind on my homework, so I'm just taking a break from it right now. There is NO way I would have been able to do it any sooner than this, but I'm glad I'm feeling well enough to sit up and read today.
Darlene, I hope your dog feels better....when they don't feel well, you can just tell. HUGS to you and HOPE for some answers!
Well, I'm going to lay down a few and then get back to my marketing plan....
Have a great day, all!
