Can't sleep!It'a as early On a Saturday as you can get.We'll probably go to the bank and Fred's today,Along with Ingles,Walgreens and Cvs.Also its yard sale day!!!!I just have to hang one load of laundry and make breakfast and pack lunches.Have a great weekend!

WAAAAAHHH! I have to work from 9-12. There are GREAT yardsales here today, too. I might try to sneak to some before work.

I have to watch my niece and nephew today so SIL can go to a wedding. I ALWAYS go to the racetrack for the Kentucky Derby, but I can't go cause I'm babysitting! Waaaahh! This day is not turning out so well.......

Heading out to w*mart and dropping off recyclables on the way. Ds needs to get some driving time in so he'll be doing the driving. :surprise: Teaching the kids to drive is not one of my fav parental responsibilities.

Not too much else going on, just going to enjoy my little corner of the world.

So much to do here today.
breakfast (done)
Check e-mail (done)
Lowe's for concrete so DH can lay more of my walkway
Pull some weeds thank goodness there aren't alot
Repair Back door that the puppy has nearly destroyed
Put stuff in attic
finish bedside table for Mother's room
sew another pillow for my front porch swing
Lunch
pick DVD for tonight
maybe plant a few little things
cut fabric for repair on Great Grandmother's quit
more sticthing on Mother's quilt
Move Tanning Bed to another room

Gosh, not sure if there will be time enough to do it all.

We will be going to CVS today to get my Suave shampoo. I have 5 coupons for 40-50 cents off and theirs is on sale for .79,so will stock up.
Other than that,my only thing today will be the kitchen,normal stuff-dishes,vacuum

I love carpet in the kitchen

Have fun at your yard sales ladies ! I am staying home and doing a bit of cleaning and wrapping birthday gifts for the kids... Their birthdays are on may 22nd (ds) june 16th (dd) and I am done.... I have most of their party stuff too ..... I'm jazzed....

Good Morning!

Another rainy day here. Hopefully, it won't rain much.

I'm off work today. My cousin, who is a Marine, is coming in from GA, and we're having him a dinner. Can't wait to see him!

Until then, I'm just gonna straighten the house up, and try to enjoy my day off.

Make up the beds
Dust
Vacuum
Mop
Sweep
Exercise
Scoop the Kitty Litter
Take out the Garbage
Cook Lunch

We're doing more work in the yard today. Still doing major clearing and pruning. Pulling out the chainsaw today to get the stuff the loppers couldn't. I'll post some pics later. I need to also finish digging up some hostas and dividing them. If not today then by tomorrow.
I have the best neighbor who is going to let me borrow her tiller whenever I am ready to do my flower beds. I've got to get all these sections cleared first though.
I love working in the yard and being outside. It's perfect weather to work outside too. It's about 53 degrees out and sunny.
Wish I was hitting some yardsales, but did that last week and didn't do too well in finding much.

It rained all night, and then Carl got called to a job. He's been on call for sooo long(he picked up other people's weeks) trying to make extra $$ to pay off the cc.
So I am not complaining that he got called since it means more money to pay it down

I'm on my third load of laundry~just getting it dried right now..
Did a load of dishes and bleached it till it shined.

The only store I have to go to today if any, is Rite aid to pick up water filters.
I will also need to go to the mall and exchange shoes but shouldn't be any money spent there.

I'm about to do a Firm workout tape, then pull out the laundry, put away clean clothes, wash mirrors, bathroom, floors, make the bed, dust and open windows for some fresh air!!
I'll prep some english muffin pizza's so i can make it as soon as Carl gets back.

If I get bored I'll do crunches and organize my coupon binder.

Hi Ladies! We hit a so called "estate sale" at 6 a.m. this morning and then went to McDonald's until the next yard sale started at 7 a.m.. We did manage to find a gas weed eater for $7, ski goggles for $1, several brand new VHD tapes put out by Feature Films for Families for $3.50 each and a Brita pitcher with 3 new fliters for $5. The kids scored getting free sleeping bags from some college students who were moving. We hit the Goodwill store and found a beautiful spoon rack, a thermos container and some more hangers.

Next we were off to do some grocery shopping and found Easter grab bags full of candy and toys for $2, deoderant that was free or close to it with my coupons, Miricle Whip for .50 each (my DH is happy), and some great buys on fruit, bread and cereal. I had coupons with me that brought the gallons of milk down to .39 each! Woohoo!

WTG DEBBIE! I had to work yesterday but in the evening we went to Walmart and I found material to recover my day bed...clearanced at 1.00 a yard...I bought the bolt for 8.00!!
