I titled the thread so cold because its in the 20's right now and only supposed to reach the low 30s today. Brrr! Well, I got up at 5:30 with DH to send him off to work and for some reason, cannot fall back asleep. Don't have any plans for today other than general pickup, laundry, and some paperwork. Of course, I had to check in at the village first thing. So, what's happening in your neck of the woods?
We are having a cold Saturday here too. We have been having unseasonably warm weather and now we have a burst of winter so it even seems colder than it normally would. I am ready for spring .
I am going to finish up moving the last bit of stuff from our old house and just a bit of cleaning there and I am done with it and will be all moved into our new house.

It's about -12 C here and the sun is shining. We had a light dusting of snow last night so the sun is sparkling on it like diamonds. Very pretty. I got to sleep in this morning. DH brought me a cup of coffee to drink in bed I plan to clean our bedroom and bathroom today. Maybe a few errands in town later.

Today I need to go into town and go to the bank, feed store, and library. Then we need to go to Rolla and pick up our car. OUCH! After that we will come home. I have started making soup on the week ends. Think I'll make a big batch of stew this week end and maybe bake some bread.
After getting near record highs in the 70's Wed. & Thurs it got really cold here yesterday and when I got up to take the dog out before leaving for work it was barely in the 20's. I hate being cold as I've said numerous times, but I love snow and it just won't feel like winter if we don't get a least one good snow storm. (Although according to the ole so reliable Farmers Almanac the weekend that the baby is due it has listed "Snow for TN"....lol So I may get some yet. Joe said that would be our luck, having all this nice warm weather and then have the baby come during a blizzard
As far as what all I plan on doing today I'll be at work until 5 and since Saturday's are typically slow I'll be on and off the village til 5. After that I need to pick up a few things from the store to fix for Joe's b-day this coming Wed. as well as go and pay my car payment.
It's about 10 degree here. I do not like winter!! I cannot wait tell spring comes. I am making some homemade chicken soup in the crock pot, made some applesauce from my apples that are spoiling, making some cinnamon (sp) buns, and going to make some banana nut bread from my spoiled bananas. Will fold the laundry I have in the dryer. Do a little bit of cleaning and decluttering around the house. Later on my daughter has to go to work so I will be taking her to work. Hope everybody has a good day.

Exactly the same weather here-- it was up to 60 earlier this week which is nearly unheard of, and now, today it's in the 30's, but it feels much colder.
I have basic house stuff to do today-- my parents and a couple of my sisters are coming over tommorow to help me organize the spare bedroom and watch DD so I can get some other things done. It's nice of them, of course, but now I feel like I have to clean the rest of the house before they come to help me clean.
So, today's to-do list is the usual-- laundry, vacuuming, dishes, and cleaning the downstairs bathroom. DD and I already ran errands this morning, and since DH just called and said he'll be working late I guess when DD wakes up from her nap we'll have to run to the grocery store-- I had hoped to do that without her after DH got home, but that will be too late. Anyways, I'm also planning to clean out the fridge and organize the bookcase in the master bedroom-- that one's been on my to-do list for over a week now!

Not a whole lot going on here today...I worked out on the treadmill, and I am doing laundry....I plan on going to the store for onions and napkins, and I need to refill a prescription.....Haven't decided on dinner yet...Stay warm everyone
It isn't too bad weather wise here. It is reading 49 right now, but it feels warmer.
DH had to work today, so when he got up, so did I. I decided I would go ahead and go get groceries this morning and get it over with. At least there were no crowds to fight.
I have some cleaning to do around the house still. Laundry is going.

It's cold here too, in the mid 20's today. I had a dentist appointment this morning for a cleaning--yay no cavities!!- then I did my banking and went to the post office. After that, I went to the mall with my mom, she needed to exchange a coat. I was very proud of myself, I didn't buy anything--I think that's a first for me
It is very cold here too, in the 20's! I went into town this morning and rented my husband and myself a couple of movies and then some for the kids to watch tonight. Figured we better stay in since it will be freezing out tonight! I am new to this site and this is my first posting, but I am addicted to this site already!!!!
Freezing rain and ice here.. It did not get above 33 degrees here today.. It hasn't done that all season.. We ususally get down to or just below feezing, but we ALWAYS get above freezing during the day, not this day though
