    Smile Super Saturday!

    What is everyone doing today?

DD is still sick, I feel sick, and DH is feeling sick. SO, we are all just puttering around, whining, and napping today!

I'm working and Joe's parents and sister are up watching Paige. They will probably head to the mall or mess around town some today and go eat lunch with Joe. As for me, I'm at work til 5 and not sure what we will do tonight. At least I won't have to do laundry I started the last load this morning and Carol was going to put it in the dryer for me.

DH and I have nothing planned for today. It's cold (32), windy and dreary outside. DH will probably be playing PC games all day and I'll probably catch up on some magazines and watch some LMN movies! LOL!

So sorry you guys are not feeling weel. I hope you get to feeling better soon!!!

Chris and I got up and went to a couple of yard sales. After that we ran to Sam's to get a few things. Back home for a few minutes. Chris has to run to the commissary to check on his vendor stocking account, make sure everything is ok there. Once he gets home we need to get a prescription of his filled. Going to the football games tonight. In between everything else, will need to take John to batting practice and have Chris work on some basketball drills with Ali. Most important thing is that I fit a nap in somewhere.

I'm preparing for an Organizaltional meeting of the Gulfcoast Plumeria Society at my home. On Wednesday evening the guy whos place the meeting was suppose to take place at went into the hospital. Sooo DH volunteered our place. Many of the folks who are gathering to start this group have been to our garden parties before so they know how to get here. I'm only worried that DH hasn't made it clear enought that this ISN"T a party but a MEETING!
Hope these folks don't show up expecting our usual fare as I have not made all the normal finger foods. DH is the type of guy who never says things straight but beats around the bush. Then he wonders why folks don't understand him. <sign>
Well after this meeting around 2 we're gonna pick up DD who spent the night at a friends and go up and over the bridge to my grandmothers condo to move 2 chairs and a table over to her new digs at the ACLF. We moved a wall unit up there on Thursday and the room is starting to take shape.
Will than find something to eat out (Most likely Applebees) then head home. As tommorrow is a stuff moving day for grandma personal stuff.

No huge plans here today. It's cold and will be windy so nothing outside doing here. Gripey's home today and we had planned on going into the city for an estate auction but were too lazy

    I plan on:
    ~working out
    ~swish and swipe the bathrooms
    ~make the bed
that's about it. Gonna be a restful day I think (and hope).

I slept in this morning. Right now I have one of those "I slept too much headaches"...that'll teach me!

    Today I have to:
    Study for two tests
    Catch up on laundry
    Straighten up the kitchen

I might go to Bed, Bath, and Beyond and look for a christmas gift. I have a 20% off coupon that expires in 2 days.

I just had a huge reply typed up, and when I hit "post quick reply", I got the message that it was too short , and I lost the post completely

Anyway, I hope you and your family feel better soon, Julie

I haven't had more than 7 hrs sleep in the past 2 days. The girls are both sick. I took them to the dr's this morning, and thankfully it's not strep as was suggested by their school nurse. I'm hoping we can all nap today because I'm running on fumes right now lol

Dave is at his monthly plant club meeting all day today. Lucky boy. He actually had the nerve to ask me to mow the lawn today. He isn't sleep deprived, and he's off having a good time today. I'm because he actually thought that I would be up for that today when I had about 3 hrs of sleep last night, and I'm taking care of sick kiddos. I wasn't happy about that at all.

I am going to take care of the kids and maybe get in some Christmas gift sewing. There will be no mowing for me today lol

    ~This morning I've already assessed and organized my bathroom stockpile and consolidated 4 almost empty bottles of lotion into one bottle. I also changed my bedsheets and made donuts with Roman for breakfast. I still need to;
    ~make bread and bacon-cheese bread
    ~fold laundry
~take out a mound of garbage
    ~pay a bill
    ~vacuum
    ~Work on a sewing project

What a beautiful day! Feeling pretty good today. No need for any meds so far! Got up with hubby around 5:45. Made us some oatmeal and tea. Packed his lunch and sent him off to work. I love the 8-4 shift! Unloaded and reloaded the dishwasher, swept the kitchen and living room. I'm working on the spare/family room. Took meat out for dinner, started my shopping list for this week and checked on sales, called my daughter-in-law (she's expecting her baby in early Dec.). Still need to make my bed, run sweeper in my room and bath and do whatever else needs doing! I'll be getting in some reading too! Have a great day!

Housework day around here for me today. I need to try to de-clutter the bathroom today--my linen closet is getting out of hand. There's so much stuff in there that I don't use that I can't get to the things I use.

Got up early to get two of my children ready for the Remembrance day parade they are St. John Cadets. But son woke up with a very sore throat. He is feeling sorry for himself...... because I told him he couldn't go to the parade and had to stay in bed.
    Dh went to kayak practice.
I picked up a few groceries.
After the parade my daughter changed out of her uniform and joined Dh at the kayak practice.
I tidied up the kitchen and am preparing fajitas for dinner. Just started a pot of coffee...hmmmm..love that smell.
Still have to go and renew the auto insurance......other than that it will be a quiet day.
