It is snowing here right now. Today is dd's birthday (she is 18 now!). She spent the night with a friend last night. When she gets home we'll probably just do something here, I really don't want to get out in this weather. What are you doing today?

It is snowing here also. We have to go pick up our new- used furniture from my parents today. They are selling their home and we got the twin beds in the guest bedroom and the outdoor wicker furniture.
I'm not looking forward to moving in the snow and ice, but it is great the my DS and DD get new furniture for free.

We woke up to more snow too. Not much, just another dusting. We can still see the blades of grass though. This is just STRANGE weather this year.
I am working a double shift today (as usual). Dh is out pounding the pavement trying to find another job. I've made breakfast for everyone and will start some more laundry before getting in the shower and heading off to work.

We were going to play D&D today with some friends but with "the ice wizard" (HAHA) freezing up the town we had to cancel. So we are just going to sit around like lazy bums all day.

My dad has agreed to let me and DH live in a house of his RENT FREE so that we can save for a house of our own. Only catch is I have to pay the 2007 taxes by June on it, so here we go... $388/$3,500
Everyone has plans outside the home here today but me. DH is refereeing, DD17 has gone to DBoyfriend's wrestling match, DD16 has to go to a friend's house to work on a project, and I am cleaning, making out menus and washing clothes. It is supposed to be 70 degrees here, today. Strangest weather we've had in awhile!

We had plans to go window shopping at a touristy joint today, but woke up to a light film of ice. Do not think we will venture out much. I did do my shopping on Thursday (thank goodness) so we are ready for the snow that is due here tonight. We'll probably clean and watch football!

Well its cold here too so I dont think I am going out. Dh said something about giving ods a driving lesson. I am thinking I might do some baking today to help warm up the house. That and the usual chores should do it
i was hoping to do nothing but some baking. did up all the laundry so i wouldn't have to do it in the cold garage this weekend, but i swear my family dirties up more laundry then a 3 person household should. so of course, im out there anyway doing laundry again. so thats about all im going to do today.
Already did:
-DH and I went to the American store to stock up on toiletries and a few canned goods with some coupons I have.
-Mailed check to savings account.
-Got some meat from the butcher (sale on boneless skinless chicken breasts!)
Left to do:
-Go to British store to get laundry detergent, milk, eggs, fruit and veg
-laundry
-mop kitchen floor(darned dog and muddy backyard!)
-put laundry away
-make dinner

Nothing much going on here today, either. It's my "play" day and I spend it messing around on the computer, watching shows on PBS, and reading.
Later on this afternoon. I'll have to run through some music for church tomorrow and wash my hair.

Not much going on here for me today and it's about time, lol. Dh is at work, Dd is watching t.v. and I'm just hanging out on the computer trying to get caught up here at the village. Hubby called a little earlier to say he wants to go to Outback tonight to use the $50 gift card we received at Christmas, so I won't have to cook tonight. Dd doesn't want to go, so Dh will pick up a sub sandwich for her for her supper. Temps here are in the middle 70's, even though it looks like we may get a little rain sometime tonight.
