Stinky Saturday?

OY! I went to bad last nite when it was cold out but I was lucky enough to have the boy over to keep me cozy. We stayed in and rented movies and since Im below ground I dont know what the weather is outside until I go upstairs. I was sending him off this am to go spend the day with his son and we were both quite shocked to see that it had rained! First its deep freezes, snow galore and then ice storms and now rain? All within a matter of 10 days

So now that the boy has gone off to do his thing, paws gone off to the casino I was super excited to have the house to myself. I have tunes going and here I sit on the comp with my coffee HAHAHAHA - I seriously envisioned me cleaning like a madwoman today with no distractions. I hope I do get around to it at some point today before they both return and I get busted

(Though it could be a lazy snuggle up on the couch do nothing kinda day!)

What I hope to get done today:

* laundry
* sweep floors/vaccuum
* empty garbages/recycling
* start baking (cookies or biscuits)
* and to purge at least one garbage bag of clothes from my closet to donate to goodwill
* get dinner started (mmmm....the kebabs are defrosting as we speak!)

Guess I'll have to check in later. I think I need sun to motivate me

Hi everyone! It's sunny and warmer this morning, but oh so muddy after all the rain yesterday.Was up very early and have already:
*Made bed, vacuumed bedroom
* Ran sweeper over living room floors
*Changed litter box
*Biked with sis (starts out cold, warms up quickly)

Still to do:
*Vacuum, mop and buff wood floors in kitchen
*Continue to clear clutter from the garage to prep for garage sale day
* Clean and polish golf clubs

It's pretty nice here today! The sun is out and it's suppose to get up to around 52 degrees today. I've been busy catching up dishes and hanging wash and wiping down counters. I also stripped the bed am I'm dusting the headboard and sweeping the mattress. I'm going outside to hang the last of the wash and clean off the back deck. I love being outside when it starts to warm up. Have a great day!

cloudy and rainy here today too. My coffee is starting to kick in, and I need to refill the cookie jar for hubby.....He is still sleeping and we haven't even had breakfast yet. Laundy is a rolling and may have to use the dryer for a load ...just have to much. Going to my brothers house this afternoon, my mom and dad are watching my nieces for the weekend. I haven't seen them since christmas, maybe I'll bring a cake or something for desert.

I'm at work today. I just took an hour of leave and ran to Joann's (it's closer from here than home). I was ready to start a new quilt on Monday, had a fabric disaster (long stupid story) and had to replace it. I'm stuck home Monday waiting for a package UPS won't leave at the apartment office so I needed to do it today. Grrrr.

I'll probably crash when I get home -- I worked last night and only got about four hours of sleep before I had to come back this morning for a long shift. After the nap, maybe some cleaning, maybe some playing. I'll see....

Its going to be hot here today........85-90........they are warning us about fires........ Lost my voice, haven't been able to find it. Will do about 4 loads of wash....... my sheets and blankets.........Need to go to the store to get food the grandkids kinda frown at me if I don't feed them.........

Good day. Its a sunny and balmy 45 degrees. Snow is melting but theres lots of it. Just the usual chores and laundry. Did some errands this morning. Nothing exciting. Have a good day

It's rainy and gloomy today with highs supposed to be in the mid to high 30s. That could explain the rain instead of snow. I'll take the rain

I slept late into the early afternoon and now I am having coffee and organizing my quick grocery shopping trip list. I think we will have under 10 items today, unless my fiance tells me something he needs last minute when I think I am all prpared

Cleaning today: I just need to start somewhere and see how far I get. Each room in the apartment could use a little TLC. I hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday.

It's supposed to be in the 80s today. I got so much done in my bedroom last night. I am really proud of myself for getting rid of so much stuff. I'm going to do laundry today.

Well this weekend DH is off fishing with his friends. I have just been mystery shopping and doing errands. Here in a bit I am going to get ready to go to dinner with some girlfriends. DD I think is bored.

DH and I went to Denny's for breakfast, then we picked up a coat I had at the tailors, dropped off a CD for church, and went to DSW for shoe during double points day. I've also been working on my to-do basket:

*Taxes are done and printed out, need to be signed and mailed.
*All of the stuff we need for daycare and to leave at MIL's are washed, sterilized, and in neat piles.
*Coupons have been clipped and sorted, rebate forms pulled, and shopping lists made.

No big plans for tonight. It was 45 here today, felt like a heat wave after this whole week!
