Frugal Saturday

Good Morning! Hope everyone is feeling good today. I'm sure everyone is getting ready for the weekend. Hopefully it won't be too hot this weekend.

I have quite a bit of housework to finish before I go off to work today, since my lazy butt didn't do much yesterday. And, I have plenty of bills to send out, so I will be busy today. I always have to clean the house up extra on Saturdays because dh is off on Sundays and that is our lazy day (well, one of mine lol).

My list:
make bed
sweep and mop
pick up
mail bills
cash check
laundry
vacuum
menu and grocery list
dishes

oh boy! I still haven't gone to bed yet!!!

Well right now I'm cleaning so I won't have to do it tomorrow

I did take a nice nap 'yesterday' but I'm DYING to go to bed now..and dh WONT GET OFF THAT DARN COMPUTER AGAIN! If he doesn't go to bed by the time I'm done cleaning I will sleep on the couch ..

Shoot i better get up soon though because I need to

Jog in the early morning hours
Do my ab/thigh workout
Pack our bags to go *somewhere

Stop by Rite aid and ralphs real quick to get stuff that the deals end today

Vacuum

Take off and ENJOY the weekend with my dh..find a place to stay the night that is vacant

Hopefully somewhere by the ocean..even if it's Santa Cruz!

Breakfast: Scrambled Eggs with salsa and sourcream/ Fresh Orange
Lunch: Tomato/cheese/lettuce buritto (since I have no bread)
Dinner: Grilled chicken on a green salad

Good morning! Finally cooling off here due to the tropical storm starting to come on land in the Gulf.

Today:
Laundry
Dishes
Need to run to the gro. store and pick up a few items
Attend DH's softball game
Sweep/mop
Vacuum

Morning all!!
Well house is clean, so I wont have to mess with that today.
Gotta mystery shop a fast food and a grocery store.
We have been invited to a birthday party, it should be fun.
Hubby is not feeling well today so hope he's better.

We are having rain from a tropical storm so it is a good day to
stay in.

This morning I have:
*made bed
*cleaned up kichen
*1 load of laundry
*vacuum
*made shopping list

I just returned from Walmart & grocery.

I feel like cleaning closets today! Does that sound crazy? Perfect
day for it.

That's about it on the agenda for the rest of the day.

B = donut, mikl
L = egg salad sandwich, chips & dip
D = maybe soup?

Good afternoon! Still warm here in NJ-wish we could get a tropical storm or hurricane here-we're way overdue! ( I love storms, can you tell?) They last "good" hurricane we had was in 1985-Gloria, and that stayed offshore.

Today I had to work, and so did DH, so that ruined our Saturday morning routine. I worked 9-12, but on the way to work (luckily I left early to go), I stopped at 3 yard sales that were on the way, AND did a mystery shop-all before 9 a.m. ALSO I had to take the baby to work with me because DH had to work and neither of our moms was available, although his mom kept the older two girls overnight for me. So off to work with Courtney I went!

Work was quiet, just usual seasonal allergy stuff. Left at 12:00 and went across the street to McDonalds with Courtney and did ANOTHER mystery shop! I am so productive today!

On the yard sale note, I got a cookbook, a Vicki Lansky book (uses for Baking soda-will share some tips when I get to look at it), and a beginning algebra book for DD1, as she has pre-algrebra this year-may be helpful to her. For .50, it was worth a chance.

Gotta do my mystery shop reports
Rustle up some grub for dinner
put baby down for a nap
change outta these scrubs!
read for a while-I got Julie Morgenstern's Organizing from the Inside Out. Want to read while there is peace and quiet!

Put laundry away
tidy up bathroom
make bed
Race on tonight at 7:30-Go Tony Stewart!

Well today is a frugal Saturday here. I'm not going out so won't be spending any money.

- washed 2 loads of clothes and hung them inside to dry. Its raining again today.

- baking applesauce muffins along with banana/applesauce (trying something new here) muffins

- having pan fried fish for supper, along with fresh corn and potatoes from the garden. Cost $0 (gotta love those meals)

- trying to get some quilting done also (as Christmas gifts)

Hello,
Well today I'm not doing much of anything because tomorrow will be a busy day.
Tomorrow afternoon I need to shop for groceries hopefully before the rain hits.
Our weather is crazy, we went from a nice warm summer to cool spring weather.
