Cool today, but bright and sunny. Sure lifts the spirits. I got out early to buy coffee.Biked, swiffered the upstairs, cleaned all three bathrooms.Did some laundry. Took my little Rooster for a walk.Getting ready to run out and swing open the gate for our neighbor, they are borrowing the mule to move some brush. I will probably help them burn it.Then supper, TV, relaxation.Have a great afternoon!

Today was a women's retreat at our church. The theme was chocolate, and yummy! It was a great time, girl time, with lots of laughter and introspection, prayer, and eating of chocolate.

Today was gorgeous, it got up to 50 degrees, w00t!! I slept in (7:30 a.m. after a work week of 5:30 a.m. wake up times) took my time getting ready for the day.
    Vacuumed.
    Filed my taxes (good news!)
went to lunch with younger teen, her treat as she had a gift card
took younger teen to community service (for a class in school) and while waiting for her I went to my mom's house and we walked my dog. The dog was thrilled as we had an off-leash area to take her to. We had a great visit, my mom and I. Then back home and haven't done a whole lot this evening.
I did scrub the tub after soaking it with bleach/water. Oh and I cleaned up dog poop in the backyard but most of it is still frozen into the solid ice patches. ewwwwww

I think it's book and blankey time now.

Yah, I suck at this money stuff, I know. That's why I'm here.

I'm so tired got up and had a cup of coffee thought I would call the ex-mil and let her know the Christmas check had finally arrive (1st one was lost in the mail). Gawd love her she likes to talk so while I was suppose to be at Dad's house at 10:00 he came over at 10:15 and I was still on the phone with her. Anyhoo got off the phone with her jeans & t-shirt hair up in a bun to head out the door to Dad's. At his house we pulled up the flooring in the kitchen to the subflooring (they are getting ready to lay tile). Low and behold at the subflooring there was some 100 yr old linolyum that had to be scrapped up (I knew it was going too easy). Took us most of the day to get that scrapped up. During which got a beastly headache and had to take a nap at their house. Woke up and we all headed off to my house for dinner, had put beans and a shoulder roast on lastnight. Ate talk to a gf of my daughters from the town we moved from. Finished cleaning the kitchen after dd supposibly cleaned it (she never wipes off the table and the bar ) Oh I also finished sanding the greenboard in the bath upstairs I'm so happy it's ready for paint and once painted I'll hang the new mirrow, tp holder, towel holder and FINALLY my upstairs bath will be completely remodeled. *shrugs will only be moving on the the next room to be gutted *dd's room. Hope everyone had a wonderful day it was so nice today.
