Talking Sunny Saturday - whatchch'all doin??

Good Morning er almost lunch everyone

I just rolled out of bed and am danged proud of it!! I have been trying to sleep in for the LONGEST of times but I've always had get up and do something or be somewhere. Its really sunny out so that tells me its gonna be freezing cold

Right about now, I have my am coffee brewing, load of laundry started and know I must go looking for cheap winter boots - the kind similiar to childrens but made for adults - you know, the 1980's Michael Jackson style moon boots I also need to buy snow pants. Both of those are for my trip to visit my gf and her family - we're going to a ski resort for the day to snow tube and what not. Gotta be prepared! Also, I have to do some grocery shopping and um .... pick up my ring

What are y'all doing today? (now that its halfway into it? )

I've showered and dressed and I've been visiting FV for 2 hours now. It's snowing, so we'll probably only leave the house later today to get groceries and maybe a coffee with our gift card. I need to have lunch and coffee, clean up the kitchen from last night's dinner/dessert dishes. I have a lot of cleaning/organizing to work on today. I hope I have the motivation. I have been lacking the motivation to clean this month, the dreary cold and snowy weather encourages long afternoon naps on the weekend .

I also slept in this morning. I woke up about 7:30 but lazed in bed reading until almost 10 . I am planning a lazy day today. I just need to do a bit of laundry and vacuum the flooring and other than that I am going to surf the Village, read my book and later this afternoon I plan to watch Evan Almighty and The Astronaught Farmer.

The ever exciting work day here. I work all weekend so just taking it one step at a time. My DD's may be headed to a non-existent birthday party. My daughter's best friend has a knack for inviting her to parties that aren't happening. It is this girl's birthday this weekend, but there was no invitation. Well they'll at least show up with presents to her house. That's all dh's problem today not mine! Other than work, just trying not to fall off the diet. Not too motivated to do much else. Have a great day everyone!

I did some bills, straightened up my mail file box, filed some old things away, washed a few dishes, took out recycling, went to the bank and the grocery store.

Now I need to bake a cake, take a nap, take a shower, go out to dinner and relax tonight....some reading would be nice, too.

Just got back from grocery shopping. Now I'm getting ready to go to the library and pick up some books. Then will spend the day relaxing, napping, and reading.

Went for walk, bought groceries, cleaned bathroom and floors, made dough for noodles, took out trash.

Now will mostly relax for rest of day until time to roll out noodles!

Just a lazy Saturday here in Central Indiana! It is not sunny, but at least it is warmer! So far today, I have showered, taken oldest to babysit at church all day, went to two groceries, put away those groceries and took a nap. I have to work at my second job tonight. I work on Saturday afternoons from 3p-11p for 3 mentally handicapped adult women. They are really not too bad. They all go to bed around 8 pm so I have time to crochet and read!
