One of my first pages....
Sorry for the picture quality. I have a digital camera but not a scanner.
This is a picture of my dd Lauren when she was just a couple of hours old.
The writing on the side says: Lauren Amanda (our last name)
Born December 28, 1999
via C-section 9:03 A.M.
She was 9 lbs. 2 oz. and 20.5 inches long
We had the hardest time naming her! Daddy picked Lauren and Mommy picked Amanda

I really like this layout. It's so soft and sweet. I always want to do some layouts, but never set the time aside for it, so I think it's especially great knowing how you had to find the spare time to create it.
I wish there were more crafters posting pics of their work. It's so inspiring to others. (esp. me who has been such a slug in the craft dept lately)

Kathi-it's not hard, once you get started you'll be addicted, and with grandchildren, you probably have a ton of pictures to useOriginally posted by KathiS
That page is so pretty. I really want to start doing scrapbooks.
If you're interested in starting, I can point you in the right direction.

That's so cute, I've tried to do some but never really got into it, maybe I need to try it again, after I finish up my night shift I will try and take some pictures and post my beginner efforts.
