Stickers on a page?
How many stickers should you use on a page. The Creative Memories lady said not to use very many because it takes away from the pictures. How many do you use?

I hate it when people say you should or should not do your pages one way or another. Its an expression of your creativity, your family, your lasting legacy. If the stickers work for you in a large qty, use em, I say! If a "less is more" look fits your theme better, go for it!
When I use stickers, i prefer to mount them on a mat that I trim down to fit the sticker before placing it near a pic, only to keep potential acids from interacting. If the sticker has deterioration after a few years, i can remove it easier and replace it later if i change my mind as to what I have on the page too. Plus I like the clean lines of the matting and the way matting can make a sticker (or just about any embellishment) stand out, and can make a sticker (or other embellishment) blend (IMO) with the page color schemes if it is slightly off.
But by all means, do what you like!

Thanks Missy. Have you ever thought of selling Creative Memories. The lady presenting the show was very nice and good, however I think you would have done a whole lot better.
I'm with you on the stickers and doing what you like. Its exactly the same has quilting. Let your creative juices flow and if you like what the outcome is, go for it.

I did Stampin' Up for awhile. I liked that it was versitile. Scrapbooking...card making ... stamp on wallpaper to customise... and on and on and on. But because of the quota, I never made enough to keep going. I looked into CM, but the area is saturated. We even have a few ladies at church who sell. So sice I could make quota a few times, I had to stop. I was supposed to have a mentor assigned to me. But she quit and so I was left floundering on my own.

I usually use stickers as an accent or as a border. But I say, do what suits you!

I happen to like CM's products, but their layouts are stark IMO. I prefer a lot of color on my pages.
