Anyone working on their scrapbooks??

Tomorrow I am going to an all day crop. I hope to get a book done and out of my hair. It's a wedding book for BIL and new SIL. There will be babysitting service there...otherwise i wouldn't be able to get there. I also have some pages that i want to get done for myself too. work for my dkids baby books.

I haven't in a long time BUT I hope to get my butt in gear and get some done soon!!!!

I haven't done anything in almost two months.

I have DS's baby scrapbook started, but haven't added anything since a couple of weeks before he was born.

I also need to get moving on a recipe scrapbook I want to do as a wedding shower gift for my sister. I know what I want to do, more or less, but haven't bought the supplies yet.

I have never scarpbooked, although I would love to learn. I have bought a book in the past and a few supplies, but I have never really had the time or $ to do it. My SIL does them for my kids as graduation gifts, they are really nice.

I thought I was the only one who has lost her "steam" when it comes to scrapbooking.

I did a page tonight for the first time in months. Maybe I'll get re-motivated once school starts back!

Well I hadn't touched mine in a couple of months until a friend wanted me to do the wedding album. I have gotten it done, but i want to work on my own.

My sister got me interested in scrapbooking several months ago. I have been collecting supplies and ideas over the summer, but have to wait until we are settled in the new house (we are living in our camper right now) to get started.

I could go to my sisters to scrap, but we never seem to get much accomplished. LOL, we either start looking over our pics and argue over why she has a certain family pic and I don't (Gee whiz, like we can't make copies) or we eat so much we can't think. My sister's second favorite hobby is cooking, LOL.

Anyhoo, I'm on hold for now. So sad!

I went down to the scrapbooking room a few nights ago and did ONE page. I was so proud of myself. I had found a photo of me holding my first daughter when she was about 2 weeks old.... I am so happy with how the page turned out, that I am about to go back down and scrap the photos I found from her first birthday.

I am motivated! My DD17 is a Senior this year and I am doing a scrapbook for her for this important year of her life! Trying to keep up as the year passes by. Don't want to get behind.

I GOT MY GROOVE BACK...I am doing a gift album for my best friend at work...I am laying out pages for each month of the year with mats cut to fit 4" x 6" pics. I am also adding layouts for her b-day her dh's b-day and their anniversary. this is the 1st time I have done an album like this with no pics at all in it. I think she'll like it because all she has to do is print the pics to go in it. I'll have to post some pics so you ladies can check it out! I have 2 weekend crops this month so I hope to get a ton done at those. (what is with all the weekend crops being in september...i have one the 15th and one the 30th!)
