    Default Favorite Embellishments?

Well, I have to say I love them all, but here lately, I'm really hooked on rub-ons. You can do so much with them, like add them onto buttons, painted, raw chipboard, popcicle sticks, ribbon, and I love that you can add them directly onto your pictures. Has anyone tried to make their own rub-ons? I've seen the instructions on a few sites using transpariencies and your printer, but I haven't tried it yet.

Oh, one other frugal rub-on tip I recently found out about, and can't wait to try, is after you apply your rub-on, turn it over so the slightly sticky side is facing up. Rub over the surface with chalk, cut to desired size, and use it on your LO.

I'm sure there are plenty more crafty uses for rub-ons, so if you have come up with any, post them here.

I love em all. i used to be into fibers, but i have burned out on them. I also burned out on all the little gadgets. Seems a new one is comming out all the time. Like the stapler looking thing. I think it's cool looking and I'd use it, but probably only once or twice.

I love the variety of stickers I can find. But wish i had more resources here in COS. Hobby lobby has a big selection, but not big enough. And Archivers is WAY to far away for me.

I had a huge bag of markers and pens. Sometime recently it has gone missing and for the life of me i can't find it. Drives me nuts. Because I know i had it. I know where i have seen it before. But it's not there or anywhere i have looked...if anyone wants to come help me find it we can crop till we drop!!

Oh sister, I'd be there if I could. Ya know, I found some colored staples in the office supply section at Walmart, and I use those on my scrapbooks. Yhey were cheap, cheap, cheap and of course, fit your regular stapler gun. They are not wide like the staple bars, but hey, they add a little pop of color here and there. Several metallic colors to a pack too.
