Smile Ok heres a tough one

How can a person get started doing this when
1. they have very little or no money
2. they would love to down load all the neat stuff on line but they are out of ink! and with no $$ you can't just go buy an ink cartridge....
its one of the grrrrrrr moments ya know????

well here is one answer i don't know if it will help or not but copy them. following the pattern on paper by hand, and use markers, crayons what every you have paints, ect. they will not be exact. or you could if you wanted to and had thin enough paper copy lightly with a pencil the outline, just cover the screen with paper and do the outline, IS this making any sense i know what i am thinking it is just getting it down for you to understand. I totally beleive everyone has some artist talent, good luck and let us know what you decide to do. and if it makes you feel better yes i do know exactly what that moment feels like. I am there all the time no money so you have to compromize (sp?). no matter what you do you will have fun doing it i am sure.

Heaven is right, I think we all have some artistic talent..... Use your imagination...... Look at every medium you have around the house, use different kinds of papers with unique textures, make your own templates from the plastic on milk jugs... Go abstract and don't wait til you have all matching pieces, use things that have anything in common..... Use wrapping paper cutouts, ect....Hope this helps.......
