This week's project

I am beginning a book about me for my kids. I plan on having a page that explains different parts of me. My side of the family, my childhood, my teen age years, my early adult years, what being a mom means to me, things I dream for them and so on.

After my mom died i realized i had so many questions for her that i was too lazy to ask. I just wish I had. So, I am making a book for them. If I drop dead after it's done, I will have something left behind for them to know me. (not that i am expecting something like that to happen, but i hope you know what i mean...this might be part of a healing process for me considering how much of my family has died in the last few months.)

This is really a good idea. I have just recently come across a problem about family and I had to search for hours to find out if someone was my cousin and where the relationship came from. I wanted to just call my mom and ask her but mine is also deceased. I really like this idea and I'm going to "copy" you and start a book about me. Thanks for the idea. Mary GW
