What a day!

We've been shopping for a bike for DH as he has been taking mine when he rides with the kids. Since he is 6'5", my 24-inch frame is much too small for him. Being my DH he was very specific about what type of bike he wanted, so I never imagined that I would actually find one for Free!! But, a friend of mine called today to tell me that her husband was getting rid of his and did we want it. While it is not in new condition, everything works. And it was the type of bike DH wanted. This has saved us more than $200. I took half the money we saved and bought us a bike rack for the car, we would have had to buy one anyway but it was going to be a couple more months until we could do it.

My neighbor met us outside when we came home and handed us a brand new gallon of organic milk. He had two people pick up groceries for him and both bought him milk. He figured the second one would go bad before he could drink it, so he just gave it to us.

It has been a really blessed day!
