    Default thrift stores!!!!!

I enjoy shopping at thrift stores. I usually shop at one called out
grow shop. I look for name brand cloth`s .
Most of thetime the name bran shirt`s are 3.98 or 4.98.
they are a little high , but the shir`s are like new.
and they are a lot cheaper.
Usually the pant`s are 10. but it maybe a new pair with tag`s still on.
yesterday dgs1 found a holister tshirt. not long a go he found 4 of them.
this dgs only wear`s american eagle ,holister, or abercrombie.
the other day I found a button down abercrombie shirt for a dollar.
    dgs2 got that one, and I got 2 arepostle shirt`s for dgs1.
I usually find something for one of them.
    I have bought my self a 7 shirt`s there for 3.98 each.
this is in town. and the next town over in the oppisite way has one of the same stores but it isn`t as niceand clean . I usually don`t see as nice thing`s so I quit going to that one.
they both have the same owner.

We have a really nice clothing thrift store called Encore here. They used to have tons of stuff all the time and at the end of a season, I used to be able to go in and get kid's clothes (for the next year) for a buck each.

Lately though, I've noticed that they are much busier and have less stuff left over at the end of each season. I think maybe because the cost of everything else is rising more people are shopping there.

Our best buy there was DH's suit. He needed a suit when his grandfather passed away a few years ago and we had NO money then. So we went in there and the only one they had that fit him was a really nice grey Armani suit. How much you ask? $14!!!! He's slimmed down now and can't wear it, but it was a nice suit for $14, I wish he had gotten more wear out of it...(he is so not a suit person)!

Or, have it altered. It will cost you more than $14 but gosh that's a nice suit...... .

~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

Armani suit: I agree with Ann have it altered unless he has lost so much weight that it can't be done......
