Default YAY - Thrift Store Find!

We went to the Thrift Store yesterday.

Got 2 pair of shoes. One looks like it is brand new. The other gently used. Got a pair of blue jeans - faded. 2 part cat food dish. Eddie Bauer Jacket for DD (12 yo).

I paid 89 cents for it ALL. The shoes were .25 for first and second pair was free. Jeans and jacket were .25. Cat food dish was .10.

YAY - I couldn't believe everything we got for under $1.

Oh my gosh that is a fabulous deal. The thrift stores by me don't even have good deals like that.

They have a 25 cent rack. Everything on it is a quarter. I usually don't find much, but sometimes I do find good things.

I collect Cherished Teddies and once I found a Cherished Teddy that is a Halloween candle and it was a quarter also.

My DD gets back from her dads on 8/5 and we are going shopping (with a small budget of about $50) in New Hampshire - no sales tax on clothing. I have to pick her up from the airport in NH anyway and the mall is on the way home. Sometime during that week, we will go to the thrift store that I found those deals out and hopefully she can find some shoes she likes or maybe some clothes - she's pretty picky though.
