    Thumbs up Yay for yard sales!!

    Dh & I went to Village wide yard sales this weekend.
    The first one we went to, for $3 we got:
    4 Baseball glasses from McDs in the 1970s like these
    15 books, hardcover & softcover including a 2nd grade science book and books on 7 different US states.
    3 Discovery Kids science magazines (the lungs, cells, and the solar system)

    The next sale for $4 we got:

    Dh also scored 7 OLD Hot Wheels (redlines if anyone collects them) for a total of 50 cents!!

    I also scored a big pile of books for less than $4...too many to list them all. Johnny Tremaine, Because of Winn Dixie, Dr Suess, etc.

    And we had lunch for the four of us for $6 at the church bbq.

    It was a GOOD weekend

    Oh yeah and we got the boys a Laser Tag set for $1!!


    All the electronic stuff works, it just all needed batteries.

    Awesome deals and great finds! Those star theater planetariums are really cool we used to have one. I love finding great books at yard sales, I scored some at a yard sale this weekend getting 12 almost brand new mystery paperbacks (spines hadn't even been broken or bent and still had the $5.95 price tag on each one) for $3 and 4 pairs of jeans for free.
