    I bought a cute hot pink hat with purple feathers and got a red derby hat. the 2hats were 7;00. got 2 tops at resale shop for 6;00.

    We picked up two Ionic Breeze machines by Sharper Image for $15 which is awesome since they are $250 + new, a cat bed for the kittens for $1, a fishing real for $10 that the better half will get between $800-$1100 for, another for $1 he will get around $100 for, a vintage piece of camping equipment for $10 that he will get $150 or so for..and a few books we haven't gone thru yet.

    Great finds! I haven't been but to 1 garage sale all summer .

    ~48 yr. old sahw, livin' it up in our empty nest, smack dab in the middle of everywhere.~

    Oh goodness, I think the better half would lose his mind if he could not go to sales..he actually refreshes Craigslist pages to see if anyone is desperate and has to have a sale NOW..in fact he just left to go to one..but, I guess this is normal when you find things for $10 that you can sell for over $1000! LOL
