I needed a pair of jeans ( maybe two), I was thinking of using my JC Penney's $10 off $10 making a pair of jeans 30- 10 dollars depending of it jeans were on clearance or not. But it still felt to expensive so I headed to the Salvation Army first.

I found Two pairs of jeans that fit well. Total $11 plus tax

And one of the them had been altered to be shorter in length and they fit me perfect. The other was brand new name brand (with original store tag saying $39.99) I will need to shorten them in length but I'm use to that LOL.

Find just what you need second hand is Awesome.

I love it when that happens. Fate perhaps or reward for frugal ways. Either way it brings a good feeling

Fate, reward, Providence, Divine Intervention, what ever you want call it. Yes,it does bring a good feeling when it happens.

Even better feeling when it isn't bought second hand but given second hand!

My son needed some warm sweatshirts ( he loves hoodies) Guess what was in his most recent hand me down bag he received. Among other things, two hoodies that fit just right and passed the 6th grade "coolness factor".

My daughter is due to receive a hand me down box today. I'm excited to see what is in it.
