    Congratulations

With my local freecycle group you request to join and then have to wait for the administrator to approve you. Our adminitrator emailed us and asked us why we wanted to join. Then approved us and sent us our local guidelines. The sign up took a couple of days.

Does your sign up page have the e-mail of the adminitrator? If so you could e-mail them and find out why you are having trouble signing up.

I've been an active member of all 3 of my local freecycles. Because I live so close to the county line I'm on in both counties plus our town has one. I posted items almost on a daily basis. Right now with all the foreclosures I've been cleaning out alot of places. So lots of stuff to offer.
Althought I wonder about some folks the things they leave behind? Aren't they gonna cook where their going? Pots, pans and dishes all left.
Hoilday stuff trees, ornaments, etc... And like I mentioned before cleaning supplies. What no more dirty toilets where their going???
Oh, well I know its a stressful time for alot of folks and having to move is hard. So I just send this stuff back out into the world. Often its to someone whos come to this area from somewhere eles and left everything behind there.
