finally found a pasta maker

on craigs list, its electric with 5 different disc. I've been looking for one for about a year, I'm so excited. It only took about 5 minutes to make a batch for four people.

I hope I can save alot of money making my own. I also want to try using wheat and other flours.

I made spagetti and the One Hour French Bread the other night, all from scratch, and it was a big hit.

Any help or advice it greatly appreciated on how to make or helpful hints, or what kinds of flour, how to freeze,etc.

~I just started looking for one myself last month and no luck yet, at least not in my price range. I want mine to make crackers. :-)~
