    Default Today's garage sale finds

On my way to a patient's house this morning, I stopped at a garage sale and scooped up the following:

a nice muffin pan in great condition
a nice cake pan in good condition
    three short sleeve shirts/blouses
    a very pretty sweater
    a cute pair of shorts/skort
and a pair of nice capris...

All for $4. (The amount of change I had in my purse.) I love garage sales!

    Yea, Michelle!

We still have a couple feet of snow on the ground, so it's not quite time for garage sales here yet although there was a church sale last week and we got some great stuff.

We had our first garage sale in the newspaper this past week.
I stopped at it friday morning and found a few treasures.
A metal bird feeder for $ 1.00 on a metal hook with a metal squirrel cap in place. A free wooden bird feeder.
ALL RECIPES hard cover cookbook for $ 1 and a soft cover of 301 recipes venison cookbook for .50

In her freebie box, I got 2 leaflets for making crafts from fleece. A mannequin head. A nice piece of gray flannel.
    And a hand can opener.
Not bad at all for the first sale of the year......
