    Default Went out yesterday

to go to DH's favorite camera store for a specific item. They were on vacation so we went down the street to a friend's bookshop. I decided to join their Sunday Flea Market in a few weeks, which hopefully will get rid of some of my extra books and a few other items. But I didn't buy anything.

We also wandered up and down the street to the two antique stores, one of whom told us that the woman's club rummage sale had another hour before it ended. So, we went there.

It was bag day, $2 for whatever you could put in the bag. We looked around and until we found something we wanted, didn't buy the bag until then.

    Here's what I got

2 blue sweaters that can be taken apart for their wool. (Thanks Debbie-Cat!)

3 blue & white kitchen curtains

a long pink suede leather skirt

    a pink pair of sweatpants
    a pink sweat shirt
    a pink turtleneck sweater

a pillow slip (missed a stain on it, it's getting Biz'd, if I can't get the stain out, it goes to the dump, in the Salvation Army box this afternoon)

At least 7 brand new Laura Ashley velvet/button napkin rings, (with tags) which I'll sell for at least $2 in the antique booth (I hope!). There's 7 in one bundle of these and I could have sworn I'd gotten 2 bundles? (I took everything out in the car, they may still be there.)

Anyway, not bad! With luck I can sell the napkin rings and everything else will be free or I can sell those & the pillow slip and everything else will be free. Two of the curtains I have in mind to make a table runner for my kitchen.

The rest of the stuff (except for the sweaters) is for me, greedy gus that I am!
