We Hit the Motherload!!!
A couple days ago, I got a message via Freecycle that this lady had to offer some baby items. She listed clothes, blankets, bottles, books, etc. Sounded simple enough, so I replied and got it.
We drove out late in the evening to pick up the items. Turned out it was a HUGE pile of clothes, several blankets, receiving blankets, a Winnie the Pooh floor mat with toys attached, toys, books, booties, socks, sleepers, a frontpack baby carrier, a little toy hippo you ride around on that picks up those collectable blocks, a slide, and the list goes on and on! We couldn't believe it! Our little car was packed solid.
We took it all over to my mother's, washed the clothes and sorted them, and today we'll pack them away and wait for our arrival. The majority of the items were for a little girl, but there was plenty for both and even some stuff for a little boy. So we have a great start on this. Yippee!!!

Fantastic! How great that you got free so much of what you will need. Now just to sort thru and see what is left that HAS to be bought or hopefully gotten free and you're set. Must have felt like an early Christmas. Congratulations!
Bank of America is THE godfather of Hell with Wells Fargo running neck and neck. When the world ends the only things that will be left are cockroaches, Walmart, Wells Fargo and Bank of America. Not necessarily in that order. The order remains to be seen.
