Smile Library Book Sale -- Great finds --So happy

I went to the library book sale.

    Found so great deals

First a Christmas present book for my mom inspirational fiction (Sister Chicks) Someone had recommened it for me to buy her. They thought she might like the series. I had planned on buying it new ($12.99). At the sale the first book I see is a Sister chick book in find new condition $2.00 Awesome Tucked it back for Christmas (I think Mom is going to love it)

Some books for my little reader (25 book reports she completed this quarter) Bought her a few books from the Amber Brown series, a few Ramona books by Beverly Clearly, A Judy Moody book, and the last in her collection of Junie B Jones series. She is going to be so excited.

My son had just mentioned the sequeal to My Side of the Mountain. Found it at the sale. He will be excited.

The children's books were 25 to 50 cents each

I also bought a huge cookbook that you can cross referance by item to use or by thing your making $1. I am looking forward to some quiet moments to thumb through it.

I always go! At least so far. I love it.

Is your library having a sale today? Do we have the same library?

I love to go to library sales. I don't need any books, but when you get a whole paper grocery bag for $3.00 it's hard to pass up. I also donate books after I'm done with them. Great way to get them out of the house and for the library to make some money.

I know how you feel imagine. Congrats on the great finds!

Our library sale was last weekend. Told myself I didn't need any more books.....didn't work....went anyway! I found two Christmas presents, couple cook books, some crafty type books, .... two bags and $8 later I was out of there!! Ours are 25 cents for paperbacks, unless romance - then 10 cents. And 50 cents for hardbacks. Mags and pamphlets are 10 cents.

    I LOVE THE LIBRARY SALES!!!
