Goodwill finds

I hit my Goodwill store this past Satruday because I"m in dire need of work jeans and shirts. I ended up with 2 very nice pair of jeans, 2 pullover shirts and 2 long sleeve shirts to go over the pullover shirts. I spent $36.19. I do need to take one of the long sleeve shirts back, the sleeves are made weird, they fit great at the shoulders and then taper down to spaghetti sized forearms. I'll have to find a replacement.

Thats what happened to me once and I ended up just cutting the buttons off and putting them on another shirt ( They were kind of rhinestoney) I still came out good !

Yes, but not for a monetary return. You have to exchange for another item of equal or more value. I believe this is for all Goodwill but I could be wrong. Mine has this on a sign as Goodwill Return Policy.

Wow GW only lets you refund or exchange for electonics and it must be before 3 days.Good buys for you.

I believe the Goodwills in this area have "all sales final" they do have try on rooms though.

I like shopping at goodwill but it is 125 miles south of me so I don't get there often , any tome I purchased some thing from there and I ask about returns they tell me as long as I have my receipt they will refund or I can exchanged may be each state /store is different?
I like looking through all the stuff they have and there clothes are mostly name brand although the last time I was there about 3 months ago it seemed the prices went up a little bit.

Congrats on the excellent finds!

I, too, hit up the local Goodwill on Saturday and got the following GREAT deals:

-Size L men's Michigan State jacket, in the team's signature white & green colors. Like a letterman jacket, with white leather sleeves and green felt/flannel body. It's going on Ebay.

-Size 2XLT men's leather coat by REPP. Going on Ebay.

-Size L ladies black leather vest with a rhinestone-y zipper. Yes - a zipper with glittery little stones that are built right into the zipper. How cool is that? Going on Ebay.

-Pacific Trails winter coat for DD21

-Long sleeved maternity shirt for DD21

The Ebay items will help make extra money for the household! :-)

Excellent finds! My mom always dressed really nice for work and she got ALL of her work clothes at Goodwill. She loved it when people would talk about how nicely she dressed - she'd be giggling to herself about how much they thought she spent vs. how little she really spent.
