Today's Goodwill and TJ Maxx trip
Have to post about my latest finds! DH and I decided to wait and by our Christmas presents after Christmas this year so we could hit the sales. The only thing that I really wanted was a Godiva chocolate candle at Dillards. It was 1/2 price and since I am a candle addict (they are my weakness, along with perfume) I thought that would make a great gift for myself. Got to Dillards early and they were already sold out. I then went to TJ Maxx, my favorite retail store, and found a beautiful handcut mother of pearl and sterling ring that was cut into the shape of a rose for $16. I had returned some other merchandise so I had $27 credit. I also picked up a bottle of Anais Anais perfume for $10.
Then on to Goodwill! Here is what I got:
Brand new wicker laundry hamper with cloth laundry bag liner for $9
Summer purse $4
New bath towel $1
Solid wood picture frame $5
Brand new Cato sandals $3
Brand new Montego Bay sandals $3
Beaded picture frame 50 cents
Small vintage hatbox 50 cents
Shabby chic small picture frame 50 cents
Garden tile $1
Overall a good day. Very happy with my Christmas gift to myself!

Great deals, ramblin' rose! I love TJ Maxx too....very fun store although sometimes I think I could "save" myself right into the poorhouse if I'm not careful
