Amount paid 80 cents

What he (13 year old boy) bought

Nike Dri fit shirt (have seen these things in the stores for $30)

and a big dog shirt (joke shirt funny enough for a teenage boy but mom approved, for weekends LOL)

We had a coupon for $5 off an order of $5 or more
so his sister picked out a doll outfit to up the total.

Of course we used our 10% off card too.

Total 80 cents

That is really cool that you are teaching him how to shop and save money...........keep up the good work! He is leaning well!

He did get a bit frustrated when there were shirts he liked that were not in his size.

He found one a funny saying shirt that he liked in a Large and and XL (he wears a medium)

We received a chuckle from another shopper when Son leaned out of the dressing room and said "See if they have this in medium". LOL

Although he did have a good reason to believe that it might be so since he had found the exact same shirt in two different sizes. It does happen sometimes. His sister ran to check for him.
