Smile Goodwill find - Son say "I can't believe someone threw it out already"

He was quite pleased some one did throw it out already.

You know how school sport teams have "I belong on a sports team" shirts every year. Generally specific to that year.

My son had bought one from school at the beginning of the year. But had ordered a size to small and once it was washed it didn't fit anymore. Sigh.

But we found this years sports shirt for his school at the Goodwill in a bigger size Price - 89 cents - One very happy boy.

Maybe someone else ordered the wrong size (too big) or moved or quit the sport.

    Either way, Good find!

That was my guess. Someone had bought the wrong size like we did. I think they ran small.

After I said there where many reason that this season shirt could end up at the Goodwill son thought up one of this own.

He thought maybe someone that been told to clean their room/pick up their laundry and didn't so their mom had cleaned it out for them.

I liked his imagination on that one.

    Agree with what YM said........

But........way to shop! Also, could have gotten it as a gift and didn't want it.

About now - in my area- is when people start clearing out. Spring cleaning - and the gifts get 'chucked' that they didn't want..........amazes me---but I like the people that are wasteful and don't re-gift!!! BETTER FOR ME!!
