Today's Goodwill Goodies!
~I stopped in to frustrate myself with my Goodwill's abysmal selection of maternity clothes but was presently surprised today. Out of the 30 pieces they had I found 2 pairs of shorts, a pair of jeans, a flowy skirt and a fabulous Target dress in XS! It'll be perfect for a special event I have coming up. Guess how much I spent?

$20!~~Constance

Very good haul. Everything looks in excellent condition.
I didn't go this weekend. I did last weekend though. I picked up some summer tops for my oldest daughter and a couple of summer dresses for my youngest daughter. And some books. I buy a ton of books for the kids. It's a bit embarrassing how many. I just love surrounding them with books like I was as a child.

Wow! $20!!! That's amazing! The Goodwill in town would have charged $15 for the jumper alone. Great deals! Good for you!

~Thanks gals!
Our prices usually are outrageous for most things so I try to shop whatever tag is half price that day. Yesterday was red tags so the dress was only $2.50! Very low for my GW!
Since it is so hit and miss I decided to buy the non-sale tags too and splurge.
The jeans were $7 full price. But I had just come from Kohl's, and with their lowest price of the season sale plus my additional 15% shopping pass, I would have paid $85 for comparable new stuff.
Sara, I tend to buy a lot of books too, especially for the kids' birthdays. Our GW has a great selection but they're a bit pricey for me. I love finding homeschooler's yard sales! Boxes of books for a few bucks.
One of favorite things in the world is hearing a quiet house and when I investigate to see what the kids are up to, I find them sprawled out on the floor and beds, surrounded by books and having a great time!
