    Default Score!

I had been wanting a copy of the More with Less Cookbook, new from the Mennonite Central Commitee, it's $24.95 plus postage, and as I'm a used bookdealer, I decided to wait and see if I couldn't find a copy.

I did yesterday! $3.20 after my dealer discount...yeah!

Love that book! A friend of mine gave me her copy. I can't imagine why she didn't want it anymore, but I sure did. Love the ground nut stew from Africa. AWESOME!!!

I love my More with Less cookbook. Enjoy yours!

I'm confused however is there a new one?

or did you mean it would cost that if you had bought it new from the Mennonite Central Committee (new as in never been used before)?

    Good for you!!

I got one of the new spiral bound ones last month for about $10 on Amazon or Ebay. I was excited with that deal.

Does anyone have any favorite recipes from there? I haven't tried any yet, but would love some direction as to what is best.

    Congrats on your score op.

If sunshine doesn't chime in with her favorite recipes from it I'll be surprised.
A few that come to mind that she probably mentioned (I put a sticky on my cookbook so I'd remember) are:

    Honey baked Chicken
    Cornmeal Quiche
    Basic Dry Cereal Formula
    Oatmeal bread,
    Oatmeal cake
    Mock lobster

I'll add that African Nut Stew to my list too pollypurebread. Thanks!
