Default Did you know about 'Club Goodwill'?

For $10 you can buy a 'Club Goodwill' card which gives you 10% off every purchase at any Goodwill, including the day you buy it, plus 25% off on your birthday! Worth it if you shop there frequently, you can find more info on their website. I bought it yesterday, already saved over $3 just on the one trip. To my knowledge there are no exclusions about types of purchases.

I have one. It's tough for me to get $10 purchases. My GW has .29 and .15 items that I buy.

Our Goodwill doesn't call them "club" they call them discount cards. They are available for sale at the cash registrar.

It gives you 10% off all purchases. Every time until it expires. examples: one 29 cent item save 3 cents. 100.00 total you save save 10 dollars. Then you can renew your discount card for a discount price ( $2 I think maybe $3) Mine is also good at all the Goodwills that belong to the same group so I have a few towns that I can get a discount including my mother's town.

I bought mine when the store just opened and they were selling them for the discounted renewal price.

Needs to be noted that the Goodwill a town over that belongs to another group does not have discount cards but has special days like Senior discount day, Students discount day. etc

IN my area they charge darn near tahet prices so I dont shop there. 3.99 for a t shirt. Please 5+ for jeans with rips and stains not happening. 10 percent off is not very good then and especially if I have to pay for it. I shop out of town for thrift and at grage sales. Better prices.

~As far as I know my Goodwill does not offer this. They do have a Goodwill VIP card which is free. After 10 purchases/stamps I'll get 10% off one shopping trip.
I'll ask about the club card next time I go though!~

It's funny, I wanted to see if my store did this and it isn't even listed on their website! It opened a few months ago. Guess they are behind on the website.

I have never heard of it either.

My goodwill that is close to me is pretty small and I usually don't find much. Have to travel a bit to get to a bigger one and I only do that two or three time a year.

We have a card for ours but it is only good for what their special is that day. Some days it's books, or everything with zippers 10% off, etc.

Never heard of this either but our Goodwill's aren't all that great. Our Value Village rocks - though I do go to the ones nearest the shee-shee poo-pooh area's - lots of high end stuff for a steal!

The Goodwill discount card where I live expires every September, it doesn't matter when you bought it it expires in September no matter what.
