    Default SA deals 7/20/2010

I really do not like the SA in our town. It is in a tiny building that is ready to fall apart and everything inside is dirty. However, my friend loves to go shopping there, so after we went to our pool yesterday I told her we could stop by before I took her home.

Was absolutely amazed to find three books by authors I really enjoy and two of those were books that I had been looking for.....

The Fiery Cross by Diana Gabaldon
The Sugar Camp Quilt by Jennifer Chiaverini
Pay Dirt by Rita Mae Brown

Just finished The Sugar Camp Quilt!!

Cannot say that I will be going back soon, but am really hapy with my finds!!

Me too, that place is nasty. Think I'll see if I have time to check out Savers on the other side when I go there on Friday - at least it is clean!!

Oh and I did find a three strand kukui nut lei there - I use the kukui nuts on the ends of the leis that I crochet - at $4 it was a wonderul find!!

I don't blame you for not wanting to shop at a dirty store. I wouldn't either.

I bet you find stuff at Savers. Ours is really good but not so much on the prices. Let me know what you think of it.

    Glad you found something MM.

I wouldn't want to shop at a dirty store either.

I read R M Brown too.......in fact, have that book.

Okay, now I find that I have the urge to splurge and go shopping - so glad I have a day at home today.

The big question is for tomorrow - I have a limited amount of time between doctor's appointment and physical therapy - where to go?
