Smile Nice Score at the Salvation Army today!

Since I am going to be moving soon, and my little sis is getting her first apartment on the 1st....I have been visiting the local Salvation Army just looking for things that either of us might need. Today for a total of $25, I found 3 very heavy Wool sweaters( I call them crunchy/granola/hippie sweaters) I had recieved one probably 15 years ago as a gift, have loved it dearly and have been looking for more in the recent years and couldn't find them anywhere! These sweaters are so warm you can wear them out in the winter in replacement as a winter coat, even in the coldest of weather...anyways...my luck they had 3 of them today, I was so excited! I also got 3 shirts for my boys, and a pair of pants for my youngest son, also a very large glass baking dish that I will use when I make my lasagnas....I have been looking for a new pan for quite some time and this one is perfect! Now if only I found the two dressers and book shelves that I intended to buy...if they had them....They will appear eventually! I love finding things that I have been looking all over for, at a cheap price!

Great deals! I am also on the lookout for a lasagna pan! Nothing like the thrill of finding great deals. The sweaters sound nice, but I am so hot natured I would suffocate in one! Post a pic!

Nice job on the finds. Nothing beats a bargain. Keep looking for the furniture, I agree with you it will turn up soon. Maybe with tax time around the corner someone will need new furniture and you will get their old.
