Default My deals the last 2 days.

Friday my kids and I stopped at one yard sale in our subdivision. My dd bought some ziploc bags of nail polish, lipsticks and makeup...a lot of it Avon and new. She spent $11.00. She had over 80 bottles of just nail polish (most of it new), 8 lipsticks (all new), a bottle of makeup (new) and a few more items. She does origami and uses the nail polish to paint her creations. She makes jewelry out of them.

Then we headed to Goodwill where I found 2 gorgeous antique sets of candlesticks $2.09 each, a cream picture that is the red Avon glass that I collect $3.79, a Lane Bryant blouse, $3.00, ds bought some movies and some more stuff. We ended up saving $10.00 with our smart card and tech discounts.

Today dh and I went to Habitat for Humanity and we found a gorgeous chandelier for $25.00 for our new house we are building (it would have cost new at least $150.00), a large mirror for $1.00, a large metal plate or picture holder that holds 2 for $1.50, a large hurricane lamp $1.00, golf club for dh $1.00, and a small quilt $2.00 (looks new). Then on to Samaritan's purse and found a Home Interior bird house $1.00.

Palooka I'm afraid I've already packed the chandelier up until we need it and forgot to take a picture first. I was afraid the globes would get broken so I wrapped them all up in bubble wrap and taped them up in a box. When we get it up in the house I'll take a pic then and post it. It will be a little while since we are just starting the building. Basement is dug and they are suppose to start the footers this week.
