    Default we are blessed

    I have to share my good news.....As some of you know....We are starting all over....We are moving into a rental house June 1st so...we need everything.....

    Went to some yard sales Saturday and Craigslist....here are my wonderful finds....Futon, 2 desks, floor lamp, book shelf, antique singer sewing machine, stand organizer/shelf thing, two small desk lamps, couch, love seat, 2 chairs, 1 desk chair and a dryer and a few trinkets....all for about $130.....Some of the stuff was free or close to it.....

    Woohoo......what a great new beginning....

    Great finds! I envy you the antique singer sewing machine. Gram had one with the pump pedal but my cousin asked for it .

    My first thought was that is a wicked good deal. My second thought was the whole bed bug threat. Please check over all your stuffed furniture if you are unfamiliar with where it came from. I don't want to dampen your woo hoo mood. Just a heads up. Congrats.

    I agree about the bedbug thing. My son's friend bought a sofa from a thrift store a year ago, and he is still battling bedbugs!
