From the Mixed up Files of Mrs. Basil E Frankweiler by E. L Konigsburg I have been trying to get her to read this children's award winning classic that I loved ( after all who wouldn't want to run away and live in a museum). The book I bought has cover a girl dressed like Little Miss likes to dress and the girl is carrying a violin and a backpack. so the cover might finally draw her in.

What a happy shopping day! You must be so pleased!!! I know I'd be. I'd love to read Julia's Hope. That sounds like it'd be a really good read.

My mom normally let's me borrow the books I give her after she has read them.

I am looking forward to reading these while wearing my "new" polar fleece shirt and sip some hot chocolate

Can you tell I am dreaming of winter?
