Default I tried thrift stores yesterday

I have never been to a thrift store til yesterday. I needed to buy my daughter some warmer clothes and thought i'd check out a thrift store in store.

WOW, I got her 7 pairs of fancy name jeans, fancy looking long sleeve shirts, and a fall jacket for $13. I really checked out the clothing before I bought them for rips, etc and everything was like new condition. I had to take time to go through racks of clothing but it was so worth it and I saved a lot of money.

awesome! Sometimes thrift stores can be hit or miss...all depends on what they get donated. But when they have good stuff, it feels like you won the lotto

If you are anything like me you will soon have a much harder time paying full price for anything at the mall. I always dwell on how much more I could have gotten for the money if I would have just looked a few more weeks at the thrift stores!

My daughter is worse than my sons at getting holes in the knees of her jeans so I'm off to thrift store shop after Bible study tomorrow. Might check out tops for me while I'm it.

Try to keep a running list of things to look for. If you wait until you are in NEED then it will become frustrating if you don't find it. Browse, enjoy, as if you were at the mall, and it will be fun!

great deals. I love to shop thrift and yard sales. Yesterday at church one of the preachers ask me if the outfit I got was yard sale I said yep. Everyone says how do you find such nice things and pay so little. I love to shop for 2nd hand and stop at yardsales if I see them and have a little extra time to look. TC and Enjoy shopping.
