    Lightbulb My Value Village finds!

Went to Value Village today, found a few good things!!

A brand new uniform top (tag still attached) 12.99 (here in Canada, uniforms are very expensive, 25.00 per piece)

A broiling pan (free! Had a coupon, buy one item @ $5.00 get a $5.00 item free)

4 books including Angela's Ashes, Jewel, The Pilot's Wife for 2.99 each

Grand Total : 27.00 (which is what the uniform would have cost alone!!)

Don't you just love Value Village. Great finds.

One thing I like about the village is that they often have 50% off days for everything in the store. Thats when I hit them.

Carolyn, I think it is called Savers in the states...could be wrong though. www.valuevillage.com . Maybe you can find a store near you. The apartment is nice, I have been cooking up a storm the last couple of days, the best part for me is the kitchen...I love to cook! Thanks for asking...I am still looking for my camera (I put them somewhere, I just can't remember where) to take a few pics to share!

We have Vakue Villages too. Ours are thrift stores. I was with a friend who found a pair of Birkenstocks for $5.00 one night!
