    Default I love freecycle

On Tuesday I got a turtle sandbox with lid, a little tike bike, a little tike walker, a stroller(gave to my cousin), 4 baby quilts(split with my cousin), and toys for the sandbox all for free. It was so great!

Wow, you did good! So nice that people take and give and make use of things over & over.

Its a fun program. I love finding people to give stuff to. LOL, I was in a bit of a hurry when I gave away all our baby stuff though. About a month before i found out I was pregnant. ROFL

Freecycle is a great relief to me, because I can give away stuff that I no longer want/need without going to the Goodwill to donate it, and also because I get A LOT of clothes from there. Clothes are one thing I hate to buy because both my son and I are hard to fit, and the stores usually don't have much I like. I got my son's summer wardrobe mostly for free, and I added a lot of 14 shorts from Ebay for $13.75, so I want to give freecycle BIG HUGS, lol!

I have also gotten 2 bikes from freecycle, among other items that I have re-freecycled also. I have given away clothes, food, books, and soap scraps from my soapmaking side business that I knew we'd never use. I like to give as well as receive =)

Those are some great freebies! I'm happy that you got them and got to share some too.

The nearest Freecycle to me is 60 miles away in Shreveport. I'm a member of that list so I can occasionally browse and see if anything interests me. From what I have seen of that list it's mostly a I wanna list. I want this, I want that. There are very few giveaways. Most of the giveaways are for free cats and dogs.

I have given away a ton of things on freecycle. This was the first time I had really gotten some good things.
