When thrift store shopping, do you take your kids?
Yes all the time. They love coming to the thrift store with me. It's quite funny to see what each one looks for. Michael always stays with his dad in the van because he doesn't like stores of any kind.

Absolutely! I helped DD1 use her allowance ($1/week to spend) to buy a birthday present for her sister. We found a Skipper doll (teenaged barbie) at a thrift store for $3.

Now that I have 2, no. Ds1 loves to go, but he only wants us to look at what HE wants to see so it's really difficult for me to get anything accomplished.

Always--- garage sales, thrift stores. . . . my daughter asked me to buy her Christmas clothes at Goodwill-- she knew she'd get lots more for the amount of money I was willing to spend.

I dont have any little ones at home but I have taken my Grand daughter. I hope to teach her the value of thrift stores and flea markets. After all, we need to train the next generation!

I usually take my daughter with me, she knows what I like too so she shops for the both of us!
Other kids just dont want to go but that's ok they tell me what they want before I leave.
